Shortcut Sausage & Cranberry Thanksgiving Stuffing

A hearty stuffing that uses a little store bought help. Your guests will never know.

1 lb bulk sausage, sage seasoned
14 oz bag seasoned stuffing mix
2 C vegetable stock (chicken or turkey okay)
1 T butter
1 sweet onion, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 C craisins (dried cranberries)
Butter for coating baking dish
