I've been wanting to make one of these for a long time. I would have preferred to also have king crab in it but that stuff is so darn expensive. So this is a poor man’s boil.

2 lemons halved
3 bay leaves
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
3 tablespoons jerk seasoning
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 bag pearl onions peeled
2 pounds baby red potatoes halved, peel on
8 mini ears corn on the cob
2 pounds smoked sausage cut in 1 inch pieces
2 pounds shrimp peeled, deveined, tail-on
3 bay leaves
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
3 tablespoons jerk seasoning
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 bag pearl onions peeled
2 pounds baby red potatoes halved, peel on
8 mini ears corn on the cob
2 pounds smoked sausage cut in 1 inch pieces
2 pounds shrimp peeled, deveined, tail-on
Fill a large stockpot about 1/2 way with water.
Squeeze the lemons into the water and add the halves too.
Add the bay leaves, seasoning, onions and garlic.
Bring the broth to a boil over medium high heat...
