Eggdition Ingredients:
2 Large or Extra Eggs
3 Egg Whites
2 Green Onions, Chopped
1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Dill
2 teaspoons, Dijon Mustard
1 oz. Mild Melting Cheese, grated. I used Spanish Manchego.
Kosher or Sea Salt to taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
Bowl/Pan Ingredients:
16 Medium Raw Shrimp, deveined and tail off. If frozen, defrosted and Thirded!
1 cup Chopped Kale (You could sub Spinach)
1/2 cup Cooked Quinoa
1 cup Chopped Microwave Steamed Green Beans
2 Large or Extra Eggs
