1 Large Green Pepper, seed & chop
3 T. Olive Oil, divided
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 lb. Shrimp, cleaned & cooked
2 C. Regular Rice
4 C. Chicken Broth
3 Dashes Hot Pepper Sauce
½ tsp. Thyme
1 Bay Leaf
28 oz. Whole Tomatoes, undrained
12 oz. Smoked Sausage, slice or Ham, cubed
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
1/4 tsp. Fresh Pepper
¼ tsp. File Powder ( Opt. )
