Flavorful Shrimp cooked in a rub and simmer sauce, then topped with a jalapeno coleslaw. You can put them in corn or flower tortillas. It's creamy, just a little heat but not a lot, and crunchy everything you want in a taco.

Slaw:
1 Package of Shredded Slaw Mix (without the carrots)
1/3 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Mayonnaise (I use Dukes)
1 Diced Jalapeno
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt and Pepper
1 Cup Milk
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon cumin
Shrimp:
1.5 lbs. shrimp peeled and deveined
1 package Old El Paso Lower Sodium Taco Seasoning
1 package Rick Bayless Taco Simmering Sauce
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
Finishing Touches:
Cilantro
8 Corn Tortillas

Make your slaw by mixing everything but the Jalapeno and Slaw mix together. Then pour it over the Jalapeno and slaw and put in your fridge for at least an hour. You can make it last minute but it’s better...
