Signature Kracker-Deaux Pizza Dough

A delicious, pizza crust bursting with flavor!

2-3 Cups of flour
2 Table spoons of Butter
2 Teaspoons of yeast
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1/2 cup of shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 clove of minced Garlic
2 Tablespoons of Grated Parmesean Cheese
1 Cup of Warm Water
1. In a medium bowl, mix the yeast, butter, and warm water 2. Add 1 cup of flour, and before mixing, add the salt, Garlic powder, cheddar cheese, minced Garlic, and parmasean cheese. 3. add 1 more cup of flour and mix ingredients together 4. Lightly dust a hard surface with flour for kneading 5. Place the dough on the hard surface and dust the dough with flour 6. Knead the dough for at least 8 minutes, adding flour from time to time to keep from sticking 7. After kneading, place the dough in a bowl and let it rise for 30 minutes The Dough is now ready to use, but for best results place it is ziploc bags and place it in the refrigerator or 24 hours. It makes this dough amazing! When you're ready to make your pizza, move the oven rack to the top of the oven, as high as it will go. This will help your pizza cook evenly. Heat the Oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (the high heat makes the crust crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Top the dough with whatever you would like. Cook the Pizza for 8- 10 minutes.
