If you liked my banana and oats cookies, here are some more ideas. Just replace the oats with chia seeds or sesame seeds, or even mix both types of seeds. I added some shredded coconut and grinded oats as well, but that’s optional. You don’t need any sweetener, because bananas are sweet enough. What’s even better is that the seeds will give the cookies some crispiness and will take them to the next level!
