This recipe does not require a lot of ingredients and can be ready in 30 minutes! I\\\\\\\'ve tried it with ground beef and without, and everytime tastes good.

1 1/2 tbsp olive oil ( or oil of choice)
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 can beans , drained (black beans or your choice of canned beans)
1 can (14.5oz) whole or diced tomatoes
1/4 cup taco seasoning
1/4 tsp chili powder (optional)
