Simple Green Smoothie- Dairy Free

Quick and balanced smoothie with almost 12 grams of protein (from plants) to keep you going.

1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 small banana
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
2 handfuls of spinach
1 tablespoon almond butter
2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
In a blender add almond milk, then add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glass, add fun straw and enjoy healthy sips.

2 15.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
1 T sugar
2 t fresh thyme leaves
1 dried bay leaf
1/2 t apple cider vinegar
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
2 c fresh or frozen okra
