Simple Smothered Burritos

These smothered burritos will have your mouthwatering! Zesty, and of coarse my favorite SIMPLE! All ingredients, you have heard of! ???? don't believe me? Try it yourself!

Tortillas! (I love new Mission softies)
1 can of refried beans
1 pound burger
Cheese (block or two cup bag sized)
Lettuce
Cilantro (optional)
Avocado
Family sized can of old El Paso red enchilada sauce
Sour cream
Two Tomatoes
Fry up your burger in a skillet then take your can of refried beans and mix it Rydin you can season to taste! (I personally like the old El Paso taco seasoning mix) after that is all done keep in a fry pan separate! Get out a glass baking dish or a metal baking pan and get out some tortillas roll you're filling of the beans and meat into tortilla and layer them in pan same as you would with enchiladas! Next you take your side dishes of lettuce and cut it or shred it you can already buy the kind that is shredded or cut it into the size pieces you like it! Same with the tomato! After you rolled all of your tortillas with the filling inside the pan take your can of red enchilada sauce and pour all over the top of your burritos! Next take your bag of cheese and shredded all over the top of the sauce in the pan???? once you have completed that put in the oven at 3:50 for an hour or under until you see the cheese is melted and the sauce has browned a little bit on the edges! Once you have done that take it out and serve on plates put lettuce and tomato on the side as a solid top with sour cream or any other additional toppings that you love on your Mexicana!
