salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp chile powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
6 large sweet potatoes
1 head romaine lettuce
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow or orange bell pepper
1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
1 bunch cilantro
Greek plain yogurt
