here is a supercute idea for dip...pizza dip and healthy too!

Ingredients:

Bottom layer -

8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
2/3 cup reduced fat ricotta cheese
1/3 cup grated or fresh mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 large garlic clove, finely minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp red chili pepper flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper

Middle layer -

about 2 cups of pizza or pasta sauce of choice
about 1 cup of cooked, Italian turkey low fat sausage mixed with pasta sauce

Top layer - (customize this to your liking)

1 cup or so fresh mozzarella, diced into small cubes
a handful of pepperoni ( turkey pepperoni is healthier!)
1/2 cup of so of diced red and yellow bell peppers
fresh basil leaves
black olives

I love it because it's great for a holiday dinner. Everyone raves and it get devoured in no time. But, it's also perfect for busy weeknights. You can easily assemble this casserole ahead of time and stash it in the fridge until you're ready to eat it. Then just bake it off. 30 minutes and done!
