Soft, sweet blondies loaded with chewy Skor bits and chocolate chips. One of my favourite recipes going back 15 years!

1/2 C unsalted butter, melted
1 C brown sugar, lightly packed
2 large eggs
2-1/4 C all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 TBS milk
1 pkg Skor Bits
1-1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
