These flavorful fajitas are quick, cheap, and healthy.

2 chicken breasts
1 cup pepper strips
1/4 cup dried chopped onions
1 packet fajita seasoning
1/2 cup water
Spray slow-cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken, peppers, and onion in slow-cooker. Cover with seasoning and water. Allow to cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Shred chicken....
