Slow Cooker Chili Verde

This recipe is for a Paleo Chili Verde made from tomatillos, peppers, pork roast, and yellow onion. The recipe is made in a slow cooker.

2 pounds tomatillos husks removed
2 Poblano or Anaheim Peppers
2 tbsp olive oil
3 pounds pork should roast cut into 1" cubes
2 yellow onions cut into thick chunks
5 Garlic Cloves chopped
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp coarse salt
1 bunch cilantro bottom stems cut off
4 ounces green chilies
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
lime wedges to garnish
avocado slices to garnish

Line a baking sheet with tin foil.
