Not only are these almonds delicious, they're also easy to make! They taste just like the almonds you can buy at the mall at Christmastime... so delicious!

1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 egg white
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 cups almonds
3 tablespoons water

In a large bowl, whisk together egg white and vanilla until frothy. Add almonds and toss thoroughly to coat. Whisk together sugars, cinnamon, and salt, and sprinkle over almond mixture. Toss to coat.
