Slow Cooker Minestrone Soup

Got soup? In the chilly winter season, soup is often on the menu. And, making it in the slow cooker makes it even better. For a delicious slow cooker minestrone soup, all you need are a few simple ingredients you probably already have in your pantry. Put it all in the slow cooker, head off to church or work and by the time you get home, dinner is ready.

2 cans light red kidney beans (drained)
32oz chicken broth (low sodium)
1 can fire roasted canned tomatoes (14.5 oz, with juices)
1 can basil garlic and oregano tomatoes (14.5 oz, with juices)
1 can cannilini beans
1 1/2 tablespoon garlic (minced)
1 large carrot (peeled and sliced)
1/2 medium yellow onion (chopped)
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1 can water ((use the tomato can))
1 cup fresh green beans (snapped and cut in thirds)
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup cooked pasta (optional)
