Moo shu pork made easy in the slow cooker! Healthier and tastier than take-out.

2 lb. pork tenderloin
1 1/2 bags (16 oz. each) shredded coleslaw mix
3/4 c. all-natural hoisin sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 T. soy sauce
1 1/2 T. dark sesame oil
1 T. corn starch
1 bunch green onions, white and light green parts chopped
16 flour tortillas
