Slow Cooker Pulled Pork with No Processed Ingredients

Made with no refined sugar or processed ingredients, this Slow Cooker Pulled Pork is simmered low and slow until it is unbelievably tender. A great summer slow cooker recipe that is easy to make and can easily feed a crowd. Delicious served on a bun or Southern-style with coleslaw and beans.

½ cup of honey
3 tbsp. smoked paprika
2 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. chilli powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cumin
½ tsp. thyme
¼ cup cider vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 medium onions, skin removed and halved
1 pork shoulder roast, about 3 pounds
