Slow Cooker Quinoa

The easiest way to get perfectly cooked quinoa, every time! Takes very little effort.  Put it in the slow cooker and get perfectly fluffy quinoa

1 and ½ cups quinoa (it is easiest if you buy the already rinsed kind)
3 cups chicken broth
½ teaspoon salt (optional)
Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir. Cook on low 5-6 hours.
