1 Recipe Homemade egg pasta, cut into fettuccine (store brought is fine too!)
300 g (10 oz) smoked chicken breast, cut into cubes
50 g (2 oz) Prosciutto, chopped
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
350 mL light cream
3/4 Cup finely grated Parmesan
1/4 Cup grated Edam cheese
1 tsp ground nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
