This Soboro Don tops rice with seasoned ground beef, eggs and veggies for a super quick and delicious dinner. Leftovers make a tasty Soboro Bento for lunch.

1 pound ground beef, pork, turkey or chicken
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon hoisin or teriyaki sauce
pepper to taste

3 eggs

salt to taste

1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots, cooked
1/4 cup green onions, chopped

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cornmeal, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
