Soft and Fluffy 100% Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls.

2 Tablespoons Yeast
1/2 Cup Warm Water
1/2 Cup Butter, softened
1/4 Cup Honey
3 Eggs, room temperature
1 Cup Milk, room temperature
1 Tablespoon Distilled White Vinegar
1 and 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
4 and 1/2 to 5 and 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
