Shrimp-N-Grits food for the soul. Warm cheesy grits with cajun sautéed shrimp and thick cut salty bacon.

GRITS
1/2 Cup of Grits
2 Cups of Water
2 tsp Chicken Bouillon Granules
2 tbsp of Butter
1 Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
SHRIMP
1lb Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Creole seasoning
6 Slices Thick Cut Bacon
2 tsp Lemon Juice
¼ Cup Thinly Sliced Scallions
1 Garlic Clove (minced)
