1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 McCormick Mojito Lime marinade seasoning packet
1 cup iceberg lettuce, chopped
1/3 cup cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup black beans
1/3 cup corn
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 large avocado
Cilantro (optional)
Dressing:
¼ cup reduced fat ranch dressing
½ of a large avocado
