Southwest Stuffed Burgers

A juicy burger stuffed full of fresh veggies and herbs. Topped with cheddar cheese and tomatoes for the perfect combination of flavor.

*All the burger stuffing ingredients should be chopped pretty finely.
1/2 red bell pepper
2 garlic cloves
1/2 green bell pepper
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 red onion
2 green onions
a pinch of kosher salt & pepper
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
For the burger
2 lbs 20% fat ground beef
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
Toppings
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 tomato, roughly chopped
a few sprigs of cilantro
4 burger buns of choice
