Spaghetti with Tuna Sashimi

Sashimi-style spaghetti.

2 ounces spaghetti
1/2 cup tuna sashimi, cut into strips or cubes.
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon chopped red bell pepper
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 tablespoon chopped walnut
½ teaspoon wasabi
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
Cook spaghetti according to instruction on package. Mix sesame oil, olive oil, soy sauce, red bell pepper and onions. Stir in tuna sashimi. Wash the spaghetti with cold water, strain and place on a serving plate. Pour tuna sauce over the spaghetti. Sprinkle walnut on top of the spaghetti. Decorate the edge of the plate with wasabi. Garnish with mint leaves (optional).
