Spelt Flour Biscuits with Cheddar Cheese and Garlic Butter

This recipe is very similar if not better than the biscuits found at Red Lobster. They are especially good if you eat them warm. They have a perfect consistency that melts in your mouth! I hope you can enjoy this recipe!

2 cups spelt flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Real Salt
2 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons butter, cold
1 cup buttermilk (or put 1 Tbl. vinegar in a cup then fill with milk)
1¼ cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
