Spiced Apple, Pumpkin and Sausage One Pan Dinner

A simple but flavorful one pan dish. All your favorite fall flavors meld into one perfect dish!

4 pork sausages
3 cups chopped pumpkin skin off- you can sub butternut squash if you prefer.
4 cups chopped apple skin on or off- about 2 large apples
1/2 cup whole cranberries, frozen is fine.
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground clove
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp smoked salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 cup olive oil
