Spicy Carrot Ginger Stir Fried Beef

Quick and easy spicy stir-fry

1 T canola oil
1 c carrots, shredded
1 c celery, chopped
1 c green pepper, julienned
8 oz water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c green onion, thinly sliced
12 oz flank steak, thinly sliced
1 1/2 c chicken broth, low fat
1 T sriracha chili sauce
1 T Thai chili paste
2 T low sodium soy sauce
2 T cornstarch
2 c rice, cooked
