10 ounces (4 servings) knife-cut ribbon noodles (I used Shanghai Broad Noodles)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons hot chili oil with pepper solids

3 eggs
1/2 c salted butter
1/2 c light corn syrup
1 t vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cornmeal, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
