SPICY GARLIC CHICKEN AND GREEN BEANS

This spicy garlic chicken and green beans is quick to throw together and goes great over a bed of jasmine rice! One of my favorite 30 minute meals EVER. Don’t like spice? Just leave that out and you’re left with an amazing garlic chicken that you are going to want to add to the weekly rotation.

1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast cubed
pieces assorted vegetables cut into bite-sized
1-2 tablespoons avocado oil or other high-smoke-point oil
Sauce
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons mirin
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
11/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon canola oil
pieces assorted vegetables cut into bite-sized
