6-8 boneless pork ribs
2 Tbs sesame oil

For the sauce:
2 cups chicken stock
1 (1 inch) ginger piece, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup chili paste
3 Tbs soy sauce
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1 Tbs sesame oil
