1/2 packet of noodles
4 big garlic cloves
1/2 red chilli pepper
3 spring onions
1/2 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 courgette
1 cup of spinach
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp light soy sauce
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/2 packet of noodles
