A moist eggnog-infused cake lightly spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg then drizzled with a bourbon glaze

For The Cake:
3 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
2 cups sugar
1 1/4 cups eggnog
2 tablespoons bourbon
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs, room temperature
For The Glaze:
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons eggnog
2 tablespoons bourbon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
