Delicious pasta filled with cheese and spinach. Perfect for freezing ahead for a quick week night meal.

1- 24 oz. container of Cottage Cheese or Ricotta Cheese

1/2- Cup Parmesan cheese

1- tsp salt

3- tsp minced garlic

2- Eggs

1- pkg frozen chopped spinach- thawed and squeezed dry
