Spinach with rice and herbs (Spanakorizo)

Spanakorizo is super healthy and delicious. Most people cook it without tomato and use lemon juice. I personally love my spanakorizo with tomato and this recipe I give you!

1 kilo spinach cleaned and stemmed
2 leeks, chopped
½ a bunch green onions, chopped
1 onion, diced
½ a bunch dill, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 ½ cup rice
1 chicken bouillon cube
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
