Sriracha Aioli Sauce combines awesome sweet heat flavor. Garlic, shallots and lemon juice make it the new sauce to try. Perfect for those Tri-Tip Sliders.

1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
1½ teaspoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 shallot, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 dash cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
1½ teaspoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 shallot, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 dash cayenne pepper
Whisk all ingredients together thoroughly until well mixed and the sauce is smooth.
Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
Bring the sauce to room temperature, if desired, before serving.
