Stale Bread Muffins

A smart way to use stale bread - make these delicious muffins!

7 oz stale bread
7/8 cup milk
1/2 cup yogurt
3 eggs
2/3 cup white cheese (grated)
2/3 cup yellow cheese (grated)
2/3 cup ham (chopped)
2 tablespoons cheese spread
1. Dice the bread and add milk and yogurt. Mix and leave it for about 10 minutes so that the bread can soak up the liquid. 2. Preheat oven at 200 degrees. 3. Beat eggs. Add the cheese spread and mix. Add both grated cheeses, ham and bread with the liquid and mix well. If you wish, you can add 2 tablespoons ketchup and some oregano. 4. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin pan and bake for about 40 minutes. You can use paper baking cups as well. The muffins are sticky when hot, but they will come out from the pan easily as soon as they cool a bit. Note: From this quantity of ingredients you should get 12 big muffins.
