Stir Fried Cashews and Chicken

Use roasted but unsalted cashews for this dish and reap the nutty, exotic benefits!

50 grams chicken
50 grams cashews
30 grams button mushrooms, sliced thin
2 baby corns, sliced into 1/2 centimeter pieces
1/2 large onion, chopped into quarters
1 Tablespoons chopped garlic
5 grams dried chili, sliced into ribbons
1/2 Tablespoons fish or soy sauce
2 Tablespoons oyster or mushroom sauce
1 teaspoon palm or brown sugar
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
1. Heat the oil in a wok over low heat and fry the garlic until it\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s golden, but not brown! 2. Add the chicken and fry until it\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s cooked through. 3. Add the mushrooms, onion, baby corn and chili. 4. Season with oyster or mushroom sauce, fish or soy sauce and sugar. 5. Add the nuts and spring onion. 6. Stir until everything is cooked evenly and serve with rice.
