Heat the wok then put the oil, Wait for the oil getting hot then put the onion.
Fry the onion until yellow then put the garlic & serano. Stir for three minutes then put the cabbage & mix them very well, cover it for two minutes. Uncover and put the fish sauce, stir them very well then cover for three minutes. Uncover & stir the cabbage, make sure the cabbage cook the way you like it.
