2 cups fresh strawberries, halved and leaves removed
2 fresh peaches
½ cup cold water (increase or decrease as needed)
¼ cup 100% pure honey (paleo) or agave nectar (vegan)
1 tsp vanilla, optional
1-2 tbsp flaxseed or chia seeds, optional
