Strawberry Risotto

A savory risotto dish with fresh strawberries

1 tbsp. light butter
1/4 cup minced shallots
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup arborio rice
3 to 4 cups low sodium vegetable or chicken broth
1 cup strawberries, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. nutritional yeast or grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. balsamic glaze
