When came up with my granola bar recipe that did not use peanut butter I began looking to see what type of granola bar I wanted to make next. Strawberry Yogurt Granola Bars came to mind and I was determined to try it out! This granola bar is inspired by the Nature Valley yogurt covered granola bar.

Granola bars:
2 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups rice crispies
1/4 cup chopped freeze-dried strawberries
3 TBS oil
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract

Yogurt covering:
1 cup yogurt chips
3 TBS strawberry powder (from freeze-dried strawberries)
1 tsp vegetable oil
