4 large tomatoes
4 eggs
100g cheese
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
2 mushrooms
salt
basil
Tomatoes washed and cleaned. Carving out the inside with a sharp knife. Mushrooms and chopped basil. Mix cheese and stuffed in 1 tablespoon of the mixture inside. Tap an egg and bake in a preheated oven at 220 * C for approximately 15-20 minutes Serve warm.
