I found a blueberry buckle recipe and tweeked it to make it sugar and oil free. Replacing oil with applesauce and sugar with stevia, it is easier than you make think to make a decadent treat healthy. If you do not have plumcots on hand, you can easily replace them with any type of fruit you want. Cake Ingredients:
1 cup white whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup honey
1/3 cup applesauce
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 plumcots (or 3 cups other fruit)

Streusel Ingredients:
3/4 cup white whole wheat flour
4 stevia packets
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons applesauce
