Sugar Popcorn

It's low-cost. It's colorful. It's fun. It's easy. Sugar Popcorn is the perfect treat or snack for a big party or crowd. You can make a lot quickly and hardly spend anything. Think of it for church groups, birthday parties, school ideas, etc. My Little Son calls it "Painted Popcorn"

2 cups popcorn kernels (un-poppped)
1 1/2 cups white sugar
4 TB water
1 TB butter
Food coloring

Pop your popcorn (air popped works best). Put all ingredients in sauce pan (minus the popcorn). Bring everything to boil, stirring constantly. As soon as it boils, pour it immediately over your popcorn...
