A pork chop recipe that has the perfect combination of sweet and heat!

4 boneless pork chops
1 golden delicious apple, thin sliced
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 stick of butter
2 tablespoon curry powder
salt & pepper

2 tablespoon curry powder
salt & pepper
- Preheat broiler or 500 degrees
- Melt butter in sauce pan
- Mix curry powder and brown sugar
- Add mixture to melted butter and bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and add sliced apples
- While your apples are cooking, sprinkle pork chops with salt & pepper
- Sear your pork chops one at a time in a frying pan for 3 minutes
- Baste pork chops with the sweet & spicy sauce while you are searing
- Place seared chops on broiler pan
- Top the pork chops with some of the apple slices
- Continue to cook in oven for approx. 5-7 minutes or until pork is cooked through
