Summer Spaghetti

Summer pasta salad using best of garden/farm market!

1 lb spaghetti, cooked
1/2 onion, diced
2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
5 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
2 sweet peppers, diced
2 Tbsp capers, drained
1/4 cup green olives, drained
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 cup Grapeseed or olive oil, garlic flavored
Salt/ pepper to taste

Optional fresh mozzerella, parsley, basil, Parmesan cheese
Cook noodles, drain and cool. Chop all other ingredients and mix together. Mix with noodles. Put in refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight for most in depth taste.
