For the Cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup room temperature butter (I use Earth Balance)
1 and 1/2 cups sugar (I use vanilla sugar that I made by throwing scraped vanilla beans in my sugar canister)
1 and 1/2 cups yogurt (I put the yogurt through a nut milk bag to strain out excess liquid)
1 and 1/2 cups pureed bananas (around 2 large or 3 medium)
1 and 1/2 tsp vanilla

For Vanilla Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
3 tbls room temperature butter
1/4 tsp vanilla
enough coconut milk to reach thick but pourable consistency
